When someone asks you what day of the week it is do you say which body part you’re working that day (Chest day, Leg day, Upper body, or Lower body)?
I know I’m not the only one. Many people don’t understand our enthusiasm for working out.

Ever since my parents got me a weight bench for my 14th birthday, diet and exercise has been a passion of mine. All my closest friends felt the same way; we were hooked. I thought, It would be great if I could translate my success in the gym to other areas of my life. To have more confidence in my abilities, to be able to take more risks and pursue my dreams.
Again, I’m not alone. I know many gym-goers that are living unsatisfied lives and I wrote this book to help them become enthusiastic about life the same way they are about working out.
It occurred to me that the knowledge was there; I have a doctorate degree and am highly educated on the human body. Also, I spent hundreds of hours researching exercise and nutrition throughout my life in hopes of getting the body of my dreams.
